You are in control of your account. You can delete it at any time — deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
1. How to delete your account
Sign in, open your Profile and use "Delete account" at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to confirm with your password.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@gamevira.com from the email address registered to the account and we will help.
2. What is removed
- Your account record: display name, email address, password hash, role and status.
- Any pending password-reset tokens.
- Your active sessions stop working immediately, on every device.
3. What may be retained
- Support messages and game reports you previously sent may be kept for up to 24 months for record-keeping, but they are no longer linked to an active account.
- Server logs are retained briefly for security purposes and rotate automatically.
- Records we must keep to comply with legal obligations are retained only as long as required.
4. Before you delete
Deletion cannot be undone. If you simply want a break, you can just stop signing in — your account will remain available should you return.
